Clean page design and a nice use of an alternative story form design on the Rules of the Road package. Very read friendly. However, there's no much reliance on cutout photos and aren't totally effective as cutouts. The motorcycle photo is well handled and gives that package a lot of punch. But the Haiti cutout makes the package look cluttered, and the theater photo didn't seem like the best photo to cutout. Plus the photo should have been anchored on the rule at the right to give the illusion of something hidden.
