Lowell Brown went after some very difficult stories with all the tools available to a reporter and hit some home runs. The towing stories uncovered some really interesting information about a questionable company and did so using documents and good interviews. The length of the stories was a bit daunting, but his writing was clear and easy to follow. Excellent work.
