Well-written, descriptive and informative portrait of Artesia and one of its most higly celebrated athletes, Landry Jones, now the quarterback at Oklahoma. The writer did a nice job of adeptly weaving in the culture of the community and the impact sports has on it. He painted a picture of a small town that thinks big.
