This is one tough newspaper. In news articles and on the opinion page, it fought for release of a report, even in the face of local officials so determined to keep it secret that the police chief stole a document from a reporter's papers. For showing readers the truth of a city administration more concerned about secrecy than honoring the law that requires accountability to its citizens, The Facts deserves praise.
