Complicated but important issues, such as health care and stimulus spending, are handled deftly in easy-to-follow, locally reported stories. The Sunday product, in particular, strikes the right balance between investigative pieces, local news and features. And of course, the paper delivers the star treatment of a local franchise-- the Dallas Cowboys-- as evident by the coverage of the Opening Day of the new stadium.
