Judges Comments:
As the feature-writing judge wrote about Fatal Funnel in 2009: "ripping retelling of this tragedy. ... Wonderful graphics. Very well thought out." It is rare to sustain such an effort for two straight years; however, with this well-coordinated, highly skilled package, including multimedia, photos and smart editing and writing, Victoria has done it again. This is a great example of keeping a story alive in a vibrant, compelling way (though the category's other worthy competitors may cry foul).
